TRINITY OF TANCHOI
An art form that travelled from China to India, with three brothers with the last name Choi. Tanchoi, literally meaning 'three Chois', emerged in Gujarat before creating a foundation amidst the ghats of Varanasi. The abundance of Zari and Silk fabric in this ancient city merged gloriously with this weaving technique.
This union of skilful technique and extravagant fabrics is the hand-woven Tanchoi Silk as we know it today. Hallmarks of elegance and excellence, our Trinity of Tanchoi Collection is a modern-day tribute to the musical weaving looms of Varanasi.
The intricate warp and weft combinations meticulously handwoven by our artisans, come together in the perfect blend of tradition with contemporary aesthetics for an impeccable array of collectible handmade silk ties.
